

Lezlie was the teacher of the day. She was so proud of herself for spelling the month and the weather all by herself! She then did a great job of helping us figure out that the 79th day of school was odd!

We reviewed -et words again today and were able to use some of the new words in sentences. Adam did a great job with sounding out his word "pet"!

We then played "Hot Potato" for Phonics with some word families...the kids LOVE this game and have improved so much since we last played it in October!!!

I know this picture is hard to see, but I had to share a pic of our disruption today. If you look at the very back of the parking lot, you can see a horse carriage! My horse-lover, of course, first saw it so we all had to take a break from centers to go see the Pre-Kers.

This afternoon, we had a visitor stop by. I loved how helpful Nolan was with Caleb (Nicholas' brother)!
