Check out all of these "bl" words that they came up with this morning! I finally had to stop them so we could learn more stuff for the day. Ha!
During Writing, we learned what a pronoun is by watching a youtube video from PBS Kids.
The video was a little fast, but they were able to quickly tell me what the pronouns were after watching it twice.
Pronouns are tricky considering they have the word "noun" within the word! But these smarties did a great job of choosing the pronouns correctly!
Can you believe that our Kinders are subtracting now? Yep! We are learning all about subtraction this week. We first explored what subtraction was by pretending e were hungry bears and eating all of the apples off of our tree. So cute!
Then they got to practice writing subtraction problems.
After all of their hard work today, Mrs. Pollard gave them some freeze dance time.
Pretty fun to watch!
Our sweet friend, Wes, was chosen as the Music Star today. Way to go! She said he sang pretty good!
