Grandparent's Day 2012 was Grand

We had a great turnout for Grandparent's Day today! Thanks to all of those that came and an even bigger thanks to those that helped the children that didn't have a grandparent show up! I loved getting to talk to all of the grandparents and I especially loved getting to watch the students interact with their grandparents...too cute!

The kids proudly showdown their grandparents around the classroom and shared their handmade poems with them. After that, they headed to the Book Fair.





































Luckily, the weather was nice, so the kids got to play with their grands on the playground after the Book Fair and look at their goodies that they bought.
