We love Pete the Cat!

Have you experienced Pete the Cat yet? My own kids introduced me to this cool cat last year. The author was very creative with putting the colors to a catchy song and relate it to example that the kids would know like strawberries, blueberries, and mud. I LOVE to hear my son sing this song! If you haven't heard your kids sing it, or if you haven't read the book, it's worth checking out!

Nicholas must have stepped in a pile of pumpkins, because he wrote about his orange shoes.


Nolan wrote about his red shoes.


John said he liked his pink shoes.






Emann and Alexee both have really embraced the fact that I LOVE polka dots and they draw polka dots on almost all of their assignments. ;) They both said they like their pink shoes, too.
