Just right after he shared all about him, we had a fire drill. I was so impressed with how quiet they were on our way out the door!
When we came back in, we kicked off our day with Chit Chat. This is a great way for us to review previously taught skills throughout the year. And it's a fun way for me to share my fun markers with them! Have you tried the Scentos markers? We LOVE them!
During Shared reading, we worked more on reading from left to right ad identifying color words.
The kids are doing a great job with rainbow writing, so we learned the letters f, g, and h today. This is helping them learn the letter formation as well as develop holding their writing utensils.
During Science, we talked about all 5 of our senses and how we can use more than one sense at a time.
Can you believe that tomorrow is already hump day? Wow! We've been super busy but having fun at the same time!
