Kevin helped us skip count by 5s today. Have you heard them singing their 5s? It's a catchy tune!
We worked on brainstorming and spelling words that rhyme with pig. They did great!
During reading groups, we found some "-ag" words.
With Thanksgiving right around the corner, we started preparing for their turkey feasts and worked on making place mats. Not only are these super cute keepsakes, they are a great way to help the kiddos develop their motor skills.
This afternoon, we opted to stay inside and have extra center time instead of going outside for our extra physical activity time since it was so cold. I taught them how to play hot potato with rhyming words. They had fun!
