Day 53

First, has your child come home singing this modern version of "Old McDonald" yet? Because they sure have been singing it in my room the past few weeks. But I may be to blame for that. 😃


A new month means a new word to leant how to spell. They've caught on pretty fast!


We're learning about pink a. How to spell it too.





Then we worked on sounding out words and brainstorming "r" words.


Ava's dad was a Watch Dog today. She couldn't stop smiling about the fact that her daddy was at school all day! Dads, if you haven't signed up to be a Watch Dog Dad, let me know and I'll help you get signed up!





We talked more about different land and water forms today. They did great with labeling!


A few of my Kinders have already brought back their turkeys In disguise. I can't wait to see everyone else's!








A rainy recess leads us to a much needed brain break. Ask your cuties to dig "Boom Chicka boom"! Pretty cute!


Then we went to computer lab. Let just say that this was the quietest they were all day. 😉





You may have noticed that I sent home new Scholastic order forms today. Coincidentally Maya, Ava, and Gray all ordered books last month and received them today. Because of their orders I received some more awesome books for the class! I even got Pete the Cat's new one...The First Thanksgiving flap book. The class was beyond excited when I showed/read it to them! Be sore to go the ought the catalogs with your kiddos and get some great Christmas gifts!
