During our morning Chit Chat we've been working on editing sentences based on mistakes that I've seen in their writing. They've gotten really good at quickly finding those mistakes in my sentences and fixing them!
Mrs. Jakoet helped us work on identifying words that contain d. They had fun making their own d word books!
We've been working on this writing project this week about what we're thankful for. These cuties worked so hard on their motor and writing skills!

During free write time, Taneesha wrote about playing with her sister. She did an amazing job sharing her writing with the class and talking about how she wanted to add more details to her story!
This afternoon we learned some pretty interesting facts about turkeys and then we wrote about them. Did you that the turkeys that we usually eat are called tame animals and are typically white? Ask your kiddo what else they leant ed about turkeys!
Since it was too cold to go outside for PAT, we stayed inside to have extra center time. I guess this means that they get to take selfies with the iPads too! Ha!
