This isn't your old-school fundraiser...

We started off the school year with a fun and FABULOUS fundraiser with Boosterthon's Fun Run. It was a great alternative to the traditional door-to-door selling things, plus it got the kids very excited about school everyday during the week and we had a fun time walking around!

I wish I had half of Turbo Taylor's energy! He came to our room almost everyday to hand out prizes to our team for raising pledges everyday. I think Jack and Ella were pretty excited about their water bottles.

Giovanni was excited to be part of the fun, too!

We set goals for our class to earn X amount of dollars in order to get to fun things during the week. A few of the hits were NO HOMEWORK day and hat day.

Brandon was busy making his laps!

The teachers stayed busy marking the back of each students' shirt every time they made a lap. Their goal was to make at least 35 laps! Whew!

A few of my tired, yet hard workers!
