We started off with brainstorming words that begin with G, then we move on to learning all about the letter R.
We're wrapping up our pumpkin life cycle unit this week. So we had to paint about it of course!
During writing we worked on adjectives and wrote about how many pieces of Halloween candy we'll be getting!
Christian was Mrs. Burralls music star today. In happy to say that she is having such a hard time picking a different star each week because my class is so wonderful!

The weather was beatifful this week so we got to enjoy our PAT time outside!
They learned how to play on firstinmath.com in computer lab and are already addicted!
Lawson earned the most points after the first day of playing! Way to go!
Rudra and Lucy H were the kids with character for responsibility this month!
We had local author, Carol Dabney, visit us this week. She's always so fun!
Since we were out of school on Friday, the kids got to go to the treasure box on Thursday. The big hit right now I the Angry Birds tatoos! Thank goodness that Mrs. Jakoet is in here to help me put all of them on!!!
I had fun getting to see so many of you at the Fall Carnival! My kids and Mrs. Hardin's little boy had a blast. Sadly, this is the only pic I snapped all night!
