They even tried to write as many "op" words as possible in a minute! Wow!
During reading groups, I worked on fluency with these two. I love how well they work together!!!
We learned all about MLK this afternoon and did some writing about him after I read Martin's Big Words.
We then did a CUTE craftivitiy about Dr. King! I love how they all turned out so differently!
Peter and Emma were chosen for this month's character word, self control.
During computer lab, I let the entire class work on Reflex Math. This is such a great resource for exploring the keyboard, number identification, and addition fluency! I added labels inside of their communication folders with their userid and password so they can login at home too.
